loose screen hinge on sony vaio laptop

i have a sony vaio srx77p and the screen hinge started getting more and more loose to where unless it's vertical, it falls right down to fully open. it's quite annoying. i've tried looking to see if there were any easily accessible screws to just tighten it the hinges, but can't see any obvious ones.

anyone have this problem too, or/and know how to fix it? having to open the case shouldn't be a problem as long as i get instructions on how to. thanks

I don't think they are hinges, but rather Torsion Springs ($5ea).

If you remove the the LCD Display BEZEL cover you should see them.
(use a fine blade (flat) screw driver and gently pry around bezel cover)
