loose heatsink

Hello,
I recently installed a FCPGA into a socket 370 mobo with a heatsink which appears to be loose. Is there a way for me to tighten the heatsink down without crushing the processor? It shimmies from side to side...and can be lifted off slightly. What are my options?
 
If the clip has too much "play" in it and this is causing it to not "hug" the CPU as it should, you might want to try bending the spring clip up so it grabs onto the socket tighter.
