Now that I'm in Windows XP, the sound on my Sound Blaster Live! 5.1 card loops when I play High Heat 2002. It is perfect in every other game, but when I start gameplay, all the announcers and stadium effects loop.
Hi everybody and welcome to Hi everybody. Now up, Tony Womack. Tony Womack. Tony Wo...Tony Womack. It gets even worse when the color man tries to give a tidbit about a player. He jumps all around.
I've tried Direct3D sound on and off, EAX is shaded and I can't check it now in XP, and I've tried every driver -- the original, the Windows Update one, and the 3 new ones released by Creative, including the newest dated 9.13.01. This is the only game with bad sound, and it worked fine in 98. Any suggestions? Thanks.
