I've got a rad coming in that is a brass body with copper fins. My block is copper. Are these materials ok so far? Would it be OK to add an aluminum radiator in the mix?

I think I read something about mixing copper and aluminum resulting in galvanic corrosion. Make sure to keep asking until someone who knows replies, or google the crap out of this because you don't want corrosion.

Yeah, I came across that in the Noob Loop guide, I just wanted to double check because I'm looking to add a small 120 rad and I thought about the EKWB at MicroCenter but it's aluminum. The 120 I have here is a Swiftech QP but it has a little corrosion on the inside and I didn't want to use it with my new loop, unless it's ok or there is a way to clean it :hmm:

Stay away from aluminum. Link the EK though, I'm guessing no internal parts are aluminum, probably just the external casing. Tubes and chambers are probably copper/brass.

I've researched a little on those EK Coolstream Radiators and a couple of sights only listed it as aluminum for the 120. The 220 is the same material as the Swiftech I have.
