Looney Toons finally coming to DVD

It sounds good, but I'm sure they won't have any of the WWII toons on any of the DVDs, so I'll have to stick with my LD set.

Yeah, was gonna ask, are these the ones that have been edited for PCness over the years.

I hope they include the "WWII" cartoons. That's a big part of what Looney Tunes is all about. It was about entertaining the GIs overseas back then.

A big draw for these toons was that they were so UNpolictally correct. That's what made them funny. That and Mel Blanc, rest his creative soul. :)

It says they're all uncensored, on the Gold Collection anyway. The 2 disc set is identical to discs 3 and 4 of the Gold one apparently.

and why they so expensive?
thats why i hate getting tv shows on dvd...always so much money and i have trouble feeling like i would watch them enough.

They should wait for blue ray put them all on a couple of those and complete the set in its entirety.

I'd be willing to pay up to 1k for those.
