OfficeMax has a sale on 11-24 thru 11-30 on ValueDisk CD-Rs: a box of 200 of them, 32x, 80 min/700MB. Orig. $59.99, store discount $17.00, takes you to $42.99; (local sales tax adds here to make it $46.26 for me, YMMV); $5.00 OM Mail-in rebate (they take copies of UPC and receipts) and $35.00 mail-in rebate from OM/KHypermedia; +0.74 for post stamps = $7.00 total.

Not crapping but IMHO I'd rather spend the extra dollars on Fuji cdrs at Best Buy here's the deal

Burners are becoming much faster and cheaper and many people are having problems with cheaper cds and burning errors. If you need a bunch of cds you are just gonna give away, this deal would be alright but a $35 rebate can be risky here.

this is much hotter if you get them with the CenDyne 52x CDRW drive, check the post by MysticMan1. You get the 200CDRs + the drive for 30 some dollars after rebate.

Good deal. I already burned the 200-pack from the deal that was going on about 4 weeks ago.

I don't like the CDR's in that 200 pack, they are silver top, hard to wirght on and they scrach easy, your finger print show like mad

there are very good name CDR's every place for like $10 or less after MIR

SORRY, I SAY PASS ON THIS DEAL

I got these 6 months ago when they were 9.99 in store special. I use CDR labels on most of them and have had no coasters so far. (Keep in mind the box clearly says not to use labels).

SUGGESTION: Don't bother quoting tax in the posts, man. Each state's tax is different; so there is no point putting it in.

I just got them yesterday with the Cendyne 52x writer. These disks definately burn at 52xs. I burned a 755mb audio CD in exactly 2mn 28 seconds with Nero.
Pretty good deal if u ask me!

the other deal post indicated these are imation generics.

reports also indicate max capacity of 755mb (overburning) and max burn rate of 48x.

Just sharing some info I read here and there.

Well, I have firsthand knowledge that they definately burn at 52xs and that 755mb was not overburned.
I saw it with my own eyes on my own rig right in the comfy of my own house :)
