looks like my gateway 1.1ghz came with this HSF should i upgrade it? What would be the benefits in relation to cost? I dont plan on overclockinguntil the warranty is expired if i can.
Would the benefits be worth it? Any other ideas on helping keep this cpu cool?

there's no need to upgrade it, especially if you're not overclocking. it's a good hsf, not one of those cheapo coolermasters...
