My girlfriend actually said the same thing about the pushup bra, which is odd since she says pretty much every set of big boobies is fake. I guess she could be right.

What was she before the operation?? AA, AAA? It pains me to think that women feel that they need to get boob implants to feel good about themselves. Unless she was flat as a boy, I really don't see what the fuss is about implants. Just get a padded bra.

she was between an A and an AA, but after 4 kids and losing weight it wasn't a matter of them being flat. She had a lot of empty room in them. The implants filled them nicely.
