you guys know that it's illegal to sell gas at a loss .... right? (ie. sell at $1.90 when it costs you $1.93 to buy from oil tanker)
 
Cooper is asking the court to block the companies? illegal practices, to fine the defendants $5,000 for each violation, and to require the companies to give up any illegal profits.

Read it again. He was selling it at the lowwest contract rate, i.e. the lowwest allowed by law. But I guess you are like one of those republicans that say gas prices go up because of oil, nothing else.
