They have RR, but it uses dynamic IP addys.

ViRGE nothing wrong with that, what do you think OrangKid uses!! some how his IP always stays the same 24.25.104.20

He runs his server though http://www.dhs.org/

I've used RR and liked the speed, but as ViRGE stated, I kept getting different IP addresses every time power went out or I had to reset my firewall. Telocity is the only company I can get a Static IP from, which I need since I have 2 domain names registeres. However, I have used dhs.org Dynamic IP Address.
