Looks like FedEx only charged me $10? What the... edit: they're idiots, looks like they delivered the box w/o payment!

I used my PayPal debit card to ship out a monitor today via FedEx Ground. First time I've ever used a company other then USPS for shipping ... well I get back, and when I log in to check my transactions for the day, its showing Federal Express -$10. Huh? I know for a fact that the shipping cost was 34 bucks and change. So why is it showing up as 10$?

edit: Ok so before I posted this, I had withdrawn every dime except the $34.10 I owed them, they took out the additional $10 "authorization charge" WITHOUT my permission, and nearly a week later when they attempted to take the $34.10 out of my paypal account, of course it was denied. Since then they've returned my $10 authorization charge, delivered the package, and still don't have payment! FedEx is dumB.

What should I do? Call and ask them to bill me? or send them a check? or...

HappyFace = dumbfounded at the stupidity of the FedEx charge authorize system.

Yah Fedex Ground always takes out $10 when you give them the card, then when they ship it they charge you the $34, THEN they remove the $10 charge. Of course, until then you are out $10. And if you ship more than a couple boxes spread out over a few days, those $10 add up... Sucks...

It takes like a week before the $10 gets back to your account.

fedex doesn't do that to me.. i used to have an acct with them, but they jacked me so i closed it
