I had the Ultra 120 for about 2 weeks and i hated it i went to water cooling and notice alot better performance. but that's just my personal experiences with the Ultra 120.
 
It seems a bit better in this review. However, you have to consider many other factors like case ventilation and what fan is used. The Tuniq is very nice in cases with good airflow like the Antec 900, but coolers like the TT Typhoon do well with less airflow. The cost for this cooler will definately be more than the Tuniq, so thats a factor. The Tuniq and coolers like the Zalmans also have a bit more style for those who mind. Of course, you need to search like crazy to find a Tuniq in stock, but I'm a happy camper getting mine for 60 shipped.
