So I am in the market to upgrade to a new Graphics card and by no means am i a computer wizz. My main purpose is for online gaming, playing Ultima Online 2d, here are the game requirements :

Operating System: Windows XP or Windows Vista
CPU: Intel Pentium III 1000 MHz or AMD Athlon 1000 MHz
RAM: 512 MB or more
Video: 64 MB 3D graphics card with Hardware Transform and Lighting, such as NVIDIA® GeForce™ 3 class card or above (Note: Systems with video cards that only meet the minimum requirements are only supported in 800x600 resolution)
DirectX® 9.0c and latest video drivers
Sound: Card capable of supporting DirectX 9.0
Hard Drive: 6.0 GB available space
Internet Connection: 56k or better

Now my current graphics card is "Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family".

Computer Specs are :

Processor - Intel (R) Celeron(R) CPU 450 @2.20GHZ 2.19 GHZ
Memory - 2GB
32-Bit Operating System Windows Vista HOme Basic Service pack 1

What would be the best card to go with and not to expensive. Maybe around $100

Does your mb take pci-e cards? With such low requirements, I would think just about any very cheap card using the Radeon 6450 or Nvidia 8400 chip would work and they are only around $40 shipped from newegg. Or you could upgrade to the Intel G530 ($50) + a mb and use the integrated video on the cpu.

Ah you need to tell us what kind of expansion port you have there? AGP, PCI-e or PCI only? before we can give any advice.... and how big of a power supply you have and what kind of connectors it has.

If you can take a picture of the inside of the case and the power connectors and power supply to show us that would help, but if Termie is right and it's a OEM you probably only have a PCI slot which really limits you to these cards....

this first one is the best one if you can fit it and power it, if you only have a PCI slots...

this one would be ok if you can't power the first one...
