Good mouse. I'd suggest the Logitech G13 or a tenkeyless mechanical keyboard over the X4, though. I like my G13, but it is a pain to always configure it. Here are some examples of mechanical keyboards with no tenkey. http://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/index.php?pg=1&l=product_list&c=27

It's amazing how much better your aim is and how much stress it puts on your arm/wrist to have the mouse closer to the center of your body. Try writing near the center of your body, then try writing far off to the side. It usually feels a bit awkward.

I agree on the G13 ,one of my better gambles on pc equipment ,but not for everyone sadly , not much love on the net. for it. and why I'm posting.

- to me I love it compared to a g15
mouse pad
24" vs 30"

-for me the G13 sits on a uniarm tray 3" below desktop height .with silicone pads for support ,arms rest straight out ,left hand on the G13 - right hand center of the mouse pad.

I find with the g13 my thumb does the most work leaving my fingers on the wad keys [for retreating er mean attacking],anyone when looking at the g13 that it does not translate the usefulness over a kb , until you use it as the little joy stick can be mapped to keystokes or any command ,

for the thumb , access to buttons with no hand movement.
x 4 for the joy stick [say push up for reload , push to right to toss a nade with a thumb flick.]
x 2 buttons beside the joy stick
x 1 up [shift default ]
[sometimes will double map a key for one of my fingers / mouse also] remap in game any command or key.

-my g15 sits above on the desk for more menu items or for rare commands
-both have lcd's -g15 - core temps , g13 msi-ab.

-also if I need to use the key board for more than a post like this , I just trade their places.

remouse
-g9x is eol - mine just started double clicking ,can't be bothered to rma it's 34 months old [seems like receipts don't lie] I think I'll replace it with a g500s
