Welcome to the forums.

FYI, this belongs in the General Hardware forum. There is a sticky thread there that you should read and answer the questions from it. Also there are dozens of other gaming system threads with suggestions on what to buy.

Your list:
- CPU should be an i5-2500K not 2600K, it wastes $100 for no extra gaming power
- Motherboard is at least $150 more than you need to pay for a good SLI motherboard
- GTX 450 is a lousy card for gaming, even in SLI. Take the $250+ you don't spend on the 2600/Asus and get a pair of GTX 560 ti instead.

For RAM, 2 x 4 GB, just cheap DDR3-1333 at 1.5v, faster won't help Sandy Bridge.

Answer the sticky thread questions for more parts suggestions.

solid points by dave, I was going to say same things.

One more thing is to wait just few weeks until BD comes and see how it performs.
Although.... it doesnt look good for amd.
