Looking to upgrade K7

I have an old K7 mobo VIA KT 133 chipset running an Applebred Duron 1.8GHz.
I have just enough cash for a new Mobo and some RAM. I figure if I get some PC 3200 RAM I can use it at a later time in a new K8 motherboard or whatever. I want a Mobo that can support my chip and PC 3200 RAM. Also I want the Mobo to run Sempron T-Bred so I can speed it up a little if I come across a little cash. If I had the cash I'd get a whole new setup, but I only have about $200.

Here are the scoket A mobos form Newegg

Which one should I get? The selection isn't too great, and I prefer ATX, no onboard video.
Any Ideas? Thanks.

Wait until you have enough cash to get something better. Only the motherboard won't give you much performance. Right now, socket 754 Sempron are even cheaper that Athlon XP, while being more powerful. And there is some inxpensive socket 754 motherboard too.

So, if you are going to upgrade your motherboard and RAMD, then don't stick to socket A. Wait until you can afford a new CPU too.
