I know a ton of people here hate SUVs and will call me a snob for wanting a luxury car brands. Its just that alot of luxury cars decpreciate like crazy and I would rather have a few year old Audi, than a new Civic.

Further, if there are good deals under $15K, thats even better. (Especially for the SUV, I would like to keep that around $10-$15K.

Thanks in advance. BTW, I kinda like sporty cars over big old sedans.

Guess I wasn't really clear. I meant, a used Explorer, Blazer, etc. or a used luxury car brand, like an Audi A4, a BMW 3 Series, etc.

The luxury brand is a car, SUV can be anything.

you like sporty cars, but want an SUV? unless you can find a FX35 for cheap, you're not going to meet those two requirements.

I'll sell you my SUV for that much. It was a Consumer Report's best buy for a used car.

2000 Audi A4/A6 with quattro.
200 BMW 3 Series.
2000/2001 (redesigned) MB C-Class.
2000 Infiniti G20
Many Lexuses (or Lexi if you prefer.)

My reccomendation? 1995 Mercedes Benz 300D Diesel (130hp & 155 lb ft torque) (older model) or a 1998 Mercedes E300 Turbo Diesel (newer body style 178hp 244lb ft torque.) People may flame me, but the car has so much class, handles well, turbo is fun to drive, and I like when I can enjoy some spirited driving and still get 32+mpg. The newer model will run around $17,500 at DEALER RETAIL.

2.7 Litre TWIN turbo. I had a 2.2L turbo for a while and that car hauled. My current is a 1.8L turbo (see my sigie :) ) and it definately has *SNAP*

A4 or A6 Avant, Quattro

looks like an A4 or A6, handles like an A4 or A6, has the room of a car-suv, and has AWD, and hauls ass. perfekt.

Do you own one? So you know someone who owns one ? The type of problems they have are small and easy to fix. The Jap car whoring on this board maes me sick.

Judging by this thread, and in general, Audis are generally good cars. They have a bad rep for small electrical issues, but Colt45 has said they were relatively easy to fix. So basically, OP check out Audi.

But don't forget about those diesel Benzes:p
