Looking to sleeve my PSU without taking all the wires out.

I basically want to sleeve all the wires in my PSU and the 3-5 fans I have inside my case (except 20-pin and a few other cables I don't use).....

I found one option already..which is to buy some split wire loom from case-mods.com, but I want to make that my last resort because I don't want to make my computer look like a plumbing machine with all that tubing 😛..

Is there any other material that's more aesthetically pleasing yet effortless to accomplish? I've seen some PSU's with those plastic spiral wrap that goes around the wires but I'm not sure the exact name and I don't know where to obtain some....and im not sure if they have yellow 🙂

You can always wrap it in colored electrical tape.
 
UGH! dont bother, unless you cannot afford to buy an already sleeved PSU.

I could go on and on and on, with pics... abut what a total PITA it is, how tie consuming and detailed oriented work it is. And how if oyu dont have the correct type heat shrink it will look like carp....

i will not go into that detail, however. I will just say....

been there, done that... would not ever do it again, would not recommend it and would just go buy a new PSU if I had it to do again.

You can always wrap it in colored electrical tape.

Actually, I've used a series of zip ties to do it before, now that I think about it...not really sleeved, but it cleans things up a LOT.
 
LOL I know it's a hassle, that's why im not looking to take the wires out..lookin to put something on top of em
 
Get some Molex pin extractors and pop the Molex connectors off then sleeve it. Pop the connectors back on.

The sleeving I have in the link above is the fastest and easiest.. looks better than ties, but expensive 😛
