I'd like to replace my case with a mid-tower (two or three external 3.5" drives).

I'd prefer to have the power supply and fans already attached, and I want something that's as *QUIET* as possible. Actually I'd like something like Dell's regular cases-quiet and fairly roomy.

I need enough power right now for:

P3-733
64MB Geforce 2
Soundblaster Live!
DVD-ROM
CD-RW
7200RPM IDE drive
128MB-512MB

and whatever else I'm forgetting. I'd also like the case and power supply to be able to handle a P4, SCSI drives, etc. in the future.

Any suggestions?

Oh, and I don't really care how it looks. I prefer the "slightly styled" look of something from Dell or Omni Tech or whatever, but don't really care.

I like the Enlight 7237 myself because it has a good price/value ratio, is well-built, easy to work in and is easily modded. Antec and Inwin cases also have excellent reputations. I don't have personal experience with them, however, so I'll leave it to others to extol their respective virtues.

I'd have to suggest the InWin cases. Ive had experience with the S500 and the Q500 (full tower) and both are excellent cases. The S508 can support the P4 and has a 300 watt powersupply. It also sells for fairly cheap. Its a real quiet case, though that'll change onc eyou add in more fans. And it uses drive rails and is fairly big so that shouldnt be a problem.

Okay, I actually wrote down what I've got in my system now...

The power supply is an HEC-Heroichi Electronic Co-whoever they are. My two additional fans (front and rear) are an AVC and Sunon.

The power supply is somewhat suspect (I've lost a bunch of hardware in this system), and the two case fans are REALLY loud.
