1. What YOUR PC will be used for.
Playing CS:Go, World of Warcraft, other games, general internet usage.

2. What YOUR budget is.

800-1000 USD

3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from.
United States

5. IF YOU have a brand preference.
Intel, NVIDIA if possible.

6. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are.
Nope

7. IF YOU plan on overclocking or run the system at default speeds.
Not quite sure what this means.

8. What resolution, not monitor size, will you be using?
1920x1080 dual BenQ Monitors

9. WHEN do you plan to build it?
preferrably buying a pre-built custom from newegg or cyberpowerpc.

Here is a couple I've been looking at 🙂

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16883229612

Either of those would be great for your uses. I'd suggest the iBuyPower, though, because it has an SSD and a hard drive, rather than just a hard drive. The system will be much more responsive. Given your choice of games, its 750 Ti video card is more than powerful enough.

While the CPU is a bit more than you need, it's VERY hard to find pre-built machines with decent video cards below this pricepoint, so you might as well just get one of these with the 4790K.

I posted on reddit.com/r/pcmasterrace and they said the iBuyPower is a rip off, but I feel like the parts are all worth it. As long as I'm able to run 100-200 FPS in a busy area in game im happy.

It's not really a rip-off if you just sum up what it would cost you to build the same thing:

i7 4790K $340
GA-Z97-D3H mobo $120
DDR3 1600 8GB $70
GTX 750 Ti $130
500GB HDD $50
120GB SSD $70
DVD Burner $15
Cheap 500W PSU $40
Phantom 240 case $70
Windows 8.1 $100
Cheap KB/mouse combo $30
Total: $1035

Obviously iBP isn't paying retail for the parts, but they're maybe making $100-150 off of you, which isn't too bad for the service of having somebody build it for you and offer a warranty.

However, it's also not a really well-balanced gaming PC (the CyberPower is slightly better, but not by much). You can get a better-balanced machine (albeit with less of a discount) by going to either site directly and getting a customized machine.

^ Agreed. I'd recommend going to iBuypower's site and tweaking a build to fit in your budget that's a bit more balanced. Here's what I came up with in a few minutes on the site:

Case 1 x AZZA Armour Gaming Case-Red
Processor 1 x Intel® Core™ i5-4690 Processor (4x 3.50GHz/6MB L3 Cache)
Motherboard 1 x MSI B85 G41 -- 2x PCIe 3.0 x16, 2x USB 3.0, HDMI
Memory 1 x 8 GB [4 GB x2] DDR3-1600 Memory Module-Corsair or Major Brand **Free Upgrade to DDR3-1866 G.SKILL RipjawsX
Video Card 1 x AMD Radeon R9 280 - 3GB - FREE Upgrade to AMD Radeon R9 280X - 3GB-Single Card
Case Lighting None
Power Supply 1 x 600 Watt - Corsair CX600 V2 - 80 PLUS Bronze
Processor Cooling 1 x AVC Liquid CPU Cooling System [SOCKET-1150]-Free Upgrade to Asetek 510LC (Standard 120mm Fan)
Primary Hard Drive 1 x 256 GB ADATA SP610 SSD -- Read: 560MB/s ; Write: 290MB/s-Single Drive
Data Hard Drive None
2nd Optical Drive None
Optical Drive 1 x LG 24x Dual Layer DVD±R/±RW + CD-R/RW Drive-Black - FREE upgrade to LG Blu-ray Reader Combo Drive
Sound Card 1 x 3D Premium Surround Sound Onboard
Speaker System None
Network Card 1 x Onboard LAN Network (Gb or 10/100)
Monitor None
Keyboard 1 x iBUYPOWER Standard Gaming Keyboard
Mouse 1 x iBUYPOWER Standard Gaming Mouse
Operating System 1 x Windows 8.1 + Office 365 Trial [Free 30-Day !!!] 64-bit

Yes I went with AMD over nVidia, I couldn't quite squeeze a GTX 970 into your budget although a GTX 760 will fit it doesn't perform as well as an R9 280x.

On iBuypower's website, for $987.00 I was able to put together a system with the cheapest case they had, a Z97XD3H motherboard, an i5 4460 (all you need for gaming is this chip), 8GB DDR3 1600, a 1TB HDD, and a GTX 970 4GB. This is without a doubt the system you want to buy if you want to go pre-built.

That's at least $50 below the price of buying these parts in the discount market. IBP must be working with some very thin margins. I doubt they get lower wholesale prices than Newegg does, and yet they build the systems and support them for less than Newegg just sells the parts for.

Don't forget the OS to be equivalent to the builds that the OP linked.

would you mind putting this together for me and then I would pay for it? not sure how to choose which parts, I would also prefer windows 7 not windows 8.
