Looking to maybe beefing myself up...

I was recently pissed off by an ex girlfriend, and I realized I needed to move on. On my quest to better myself, I'm pretty happy with what I've accompolished in the past month. I feel more confident than ever. I've started to take better care of myself, bought some more clothes, bought a watch and cologne, finding a better job(still looking!), plus a few other things. My quest is to find a great girl, improve my confidence, become a happier person, and most importantly, get over my ex! So far I am proud of what I've done, and I will continue working on making myself better.

Overall, I think I'm an okay looking guy, nothing special, but definatly capable of getting a good looking girl. One thing I can fault about myself is that I am too skinny! I am 5'9", and I weigh around 130 to 135lbs... I never excerise, or eat right, but I'm still skinny.

So, well, I'm looking for ways to make physical appearance better. Working out a little, exercising, etc etc. I'm not on a quest to lose weight, but to get a better body. I don't want to run around like Vin Diesel, but I just need a little more meat around the bones.

So i'm looking for some good resources and advice to get me started, which options are best for me, etc etc. I went to geekfitness, but only thing available there is the forums because of a layout change, so it wasn't much use. So, does anyone have some good resources I could use to help me out?

Thanks in advance.

and click on the Max-OT tab at the top of the screen. Sign up for the Max-OT program. It's free, and they won't spam you or anything. It outlines a complete weightlifting/diet/supplement program to use. I have been using it since last November and have seen pretty good results.

Also if you want to get other's opinions there is another forum I visit:

Hope that helps

Thanks alot! I'll lurk around the forums a bit, and see what that MAX-OT is all about. Hopefully within a year or so, I'll be much healthier.

Thanks again
