Looking to maximize my X800XL output for FEAR, Quake 4

So I just ordered an Arctic Cooling Silencer 5 (rev. 2) for it and have a little Raptor on it's way too. I can OC to 430/550 right now and get decent FPS at 1280x1024 on medium settings with Q4, but FEAR bottlenecks it at the same res with mostly everything else turned down. Specs in sig, what else can I do to improve performance? I can get over 5500 scores with 3dMark which isn't too shabby for this card, but don't use any modded drivers and such to help out. I recently upgraded to CCC 10 too which did improve my 3dMark, but what else would you guys recommend, software and hardward based.
