Looking to get s775 OC motherboard

I'm looking to get a new motherboard to OC my C2D E6600. I've been looking at the MSI P45 Neo3-FR which I could get for around $50 or the MSI P7N Diamond (MS-7510-010) which I could get for around $75. $75 is the top end of my budget for this but I'm open to other motherboard suggestions.

Been over 650 fsb stable and 24/7 at 500 fsb.
