Looking to get a scary Xbox 360 game

I want to find a game that is fun to play with the lights off at night. Something that'll really scare my pants off. On my PS2, that was Resident Evil 4 (the first playthrough at least). Back when I had a GameCube, it was Eternal Darkness. But since I got a 360, I haven't played any good scary or creepy games.

I did some searching and people seem to recommend Condemned. I've also heard that Fatal Frame II (an original Xbox game) is pretty good. Anyone care to comment on them? Either one would be cheap (I could pick up Condemned 1 and 2 for around $30 together). And are there any others I should think about?

Bioshock. The first time you turn around and a splicer is looking right at you...yikes.

Give it a rental, not really a game I'd buy as I don't find much replay value in that style of games.

It's a wonderful combination of atmosphere, story, ambient sound, and gameplay that keeps the hair up on the back of your neck.

Already have it on PC. It's a good game, but at one point I got a little stuck and I haven't picked it up since. Have to go back since I've heard nothing but good things about it.

There's also Alone in the Dark but it didn't get very good reviews. Jericho is supposed to be scary but I don't think it got very good reviews either. Silent Hill: Homecoming.

Left 4 Dead has zombies but it is more of a 4-player co-op blast fest than scary.

I think Dead Space and the upcoming RE5 will be the two top choices for scares on the 360.

Also, the 360 version of The Darkness is currently $4.98 on Amazon.com. That price is extremely tempting even though I played the demo and did not enjoy it.
