Looking to buy a TV Tuner Card? Help me Pick One

Ok, I'm looking to do things like record TV Shows (Colber Report) and then posting it on my website and or youtube. I need something kinda cheap, but does the job... This is for a PC... I have a HD-DVR from TIme Warner Cable, what i'm planning on is recording the show, then when i get a chance just hit play, and connect the HDBOX out-coax to the tuner and just record... Anyways any suggestions? Thanks in advanced!

Depends if you want a a single or dual tuners. PCI, PCI Express, etc. I have the Hauppage 150 and couldn't be happier. Be sure and get one with hardware on board and not some cheap software encoding tuner. Mine cost $150, good deal IMO

I am also looking for a tuner...however all of my PCI slots are filled due to my huge oversized graphics card which takes up two just cuz of its size. So I need a USB box tuner...any suggestions? or should i just go with the regular dvd recorder instead of hookin it up to my comp...

do you want HD over cable, or only HD over the air? You'll need a tuner with QAM support if you want HD over cable (please correct/amend if i'm wrong or leaving something out)

For me? I have an HD box (Scientific atlanta) from TWC... ALl i want is something that can record a tv show and if i want post it on youtube (Colbert report your allowed to infact they encourage it).... I do not need an HD compatible one no need really... Any suggestions?
