I'm looking at getting a place and stopping pissing my money away on rent. I'm looking for a 5 year ARM, and havent decided what I'm going to put as a downpayment. Either 20% or a combination of 80-15-5 or 90-10-10, something to that effect. No loans with PMI. Can anyone please point me towards any good places to get loans? Any online places your recommend? I'm also in the northern Detroit metro area FYI.
