Hey all,
I'm trying to find a vendor for a motherboard replacement (new, preferably) for a late 2006 model notebook... an HP Pavilion dv5200 CTO, p/n: EX203AV, motheboard model SPS-430197-001. I have two LCD panels I could try with it (one from a Compaq C300 that I know works, and one from the HP that might work), as well as the processor, RAM, drives, heatsink, and enclosure. I just need the motherboard.
I've seen some listings in my price range (under $100), but could really use suggestions / input on who would be reliable, affordable, and able to tell me if it will be compatible. If you happen to "know a guy" that's reputable who does repairs for cheap ($50 or less including parts), I'd be willing to consider that as well.
