Looking to buy a new video card that will work with VIA chipset

I have a MicroStar 694DPro with ATA100 that I will be putting a pair of P3-866s into.. I'm looking to purchase a new video card, but I've heard that there can be some problems with motherboards that have a VIA chipset.

Recommendations?

GeForce cards have been somewhat notorious for being hit or miss with Via boards, if that's what you're talking about

However, picking up a dual CPU setup and a top of the line graphics adapter then slapping it on an underperforming Via mobo seems a bit funny to me. 😉

I have 3 ATI Vid cards (Radeon AIW included), Matrox G400, Stealth, 3DFX (V2, V5,) and they all work fine.

Would an FIC SD-11 mobo be concidered a 'GOOD' VIA chipset motherboard? That's what I have and I cannot get any Reference drivers of 6.xx+ to work.
