Memory is so dirt cheap now that it doesn't make much sense to base your choice of MB and CPU on compatibility with your PC3200 memory. But if you do want to stick with your PC3200 memory, ABIT IS7 motherboards -- that take Pentium P4 478 pin CPUs show up all of the time on e-Bay for very reasonable prices. An even better MB is the ABIT IC7, but they seem to always go pretty high -- over $100 generally. You can get either Northwood or Prescott CPU's as real bargains as well. I have seen ABIT combos -- IS7 with 2.4 to 3.0 GHz go for well under $100. Both the IC7 and the IS7 are excellent overclockers. I am typing this on a machine based on an IC7 with a 2.4 GHz that has been running stably at 3.2 Ghz for several years. The memory is OCZ PC 3200 platinum revision 2 -- rated 2,2,2,5.
