The county I live in has a database online of all real-estate transactions. Hell, it has photo's, drawings, sale price, tax value, etc. If you live in a large enough county, maybe they offer this too.
 
The coolest thing about zillow.com is that they have a satelite image showing your neighborhood with their values superimposed on each of them. Under charts & data is the info you're looking for though.
