Looking to buy a camcorder

I'm looking to get a camcorder for $100-140 to videotape properties to keep track of their condition at a certain time. I want a quality recording but don't want to spend too much on a new camcorder. What are my options out there?

Well, that is certainly an interesting product, and I will remember to look for it if I need it for something. But perhaps I misstated or wasn't clear about the purpose of the camcorder I am looking at buying. It's for inspecting the property and recording visual evidence of blemishes, damage, etc, and I would like to know which provide the best picture quality within my proposed budget.

I bought a JVC GZ-HM30 on Ebay for 53 bucks. It's a HD digital camcorder and it has time lapse.
