I agree. My 19" KDS rocks! Maybe not the best, but definately a good buy.

Get either the sony or dell in the hot deals forums. Than listen to Antisocial-Virge.

The LG Flatron 915FT plus & Samsung 900IFT are my favourite two in that price range.

Dont forget there is a $30 off coupon for buy.com as well. So it brings the KDS down to a great price.

BestBuy has the same deal on the same monitor problem is that its the same price after MIR.

If you're getting KDS, only get the Avitron, the AV-195TF, anything else they make is not so good. In that price range, you can get...

1)NEC MultiSync FE950+ $330
2)KDS AV-195TF $320
3)Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 900u $340
4)Iiyama i90A $350

just make sure you buy a monitor with either the trinitron tube or the diamondtron tube and you really cant go very wrong...as far as which one you should get, you should go out to a store somewhere around you to see exactly which tube is most pleasing to your eye

another vote for a sony trinitron tube. you'll be sorry if you get a crappy monitor.
