Looking to Build First PC from the Ground Up!

I'm trying to make it pretty kickass but also for a low price. I'm a little worried about the motherboard, and case. What cooler should I get for the CPU if I want to overclock it?

CPU - good
case - either the 150 or the 180 (your perference, i like the 150. saves on buying a PSU too)
memory - thats a really good deal (you might want 2gb for gaming)
dvd burner - look into the NEC (same price)
Video Card: i think thats the best buy right now
