Looking for a program made in either PHP or Vbasic that will do event logging for users/iip, monitor activity, bandwidth, ports used, etc, etc, GUI I don't care about cuz I will re-modify that. Want some nice features for a system admin that could also monitor client performance as well if possible.

P.S - I also posted this over in software app/programming, but maybe some of you system admins know of something out there.
