looking for wma to mp3 software

have a new ipod and I have a lot of music in bearshare looking to convert to the wma to mp3 so I can load in itunes. thanks

I think audiocatalyst does this, but iTunes will convert wma files as you import them into the media library providing you have all the right codecs, IIRC.
