Could someone help me locate the driver of this particular version of PCI128 sound card?

Sorry, I think you are S.O.L. -- try removing the current drivers and use the supposed native win2k drivers, although I don't think you can get 4 speakers and it may also be crippled elsewhere.
 
I have contacted Creative Lab's customer support. Hope there will be a W2K driver for CT4700 soon. 🙁 There will be WinXP driver for PCI128. Just hope there's one for CT4700 version of PCI128. 😱
