I'm looking for a website but can only remember the intial part www.**** Is there where I can go to do a search of website address to find the site?

go to google and type in "www.****" and see what it brings up.

try the search engines. If it's at Geocities, do a search on their main site. Email your friend and ask them. Don't know what else to tell you.

I already did searches on most of the big search engines and didn't find it. I was hoping I get a list of websites that meet a search like www.personal* and then get www.personal-aa, www.personal-ab, www.personal-ac, ect.ect.ect

I think your best bet is to try a search on google using the keywords that relate to the site.
