Looking for webdesign/databasing for a site

Ok, I'll make note in the sticky as well as here. Here is what I'll need. I have designed sites before, but don't have time for this so please don't try and take advantage of the offer.

My father runs a real estate business and its time to overhaul the last one. I worked with a guy for 8 months trying to get a new one done, but he just didn't have the motivation or the need for the money, maybe both, I don't know.... We worked side by side as best as 2 people can living in different cities. I grew tired of his excuses and we terminated the project. Since then I have found a site that I all but want to emulate. There are a few modifications that I would like made and a few requirements as well. The modifications can be discussed when I've agreed with someone to design the site. They shouldn't be that hard to do.

The site must be:

- coded in php with mySQL backend
- hosted on my servers

What I would like to do is take offers via PM and questions through this thread. You will need to build a front end and a control panel for agents to enter their data.

Here is the example site.

I'm sure I'm leaving out some details so fire away when ready.

Hey MBony, experienced PHP/SQL programmer here. I've done a bunch of work for a private Internet marketing company as a consultant in Perl and PHP, as well as my own little projects. Example: Degenerates.org Advice for Geeks, a PHP/MySQL combination with publishing available directly over the Web, content stored in the DB and user levels like admin/moderator/author built in.

Regarding your project: What functions would you like to see made available on your site? I'm guessing a listing engine like the one on the example you provided. What level of advanced searchability at that point? Basically, give us a bulleted list of things you imagine would make use of the database backend to run.

After that we can try to assemble an idea of costing and time needed.
