Looking for webcam software for kids, like photobooth but for Win 7

I'm looking for something free for my kids to play with. Webcam Max is cool but the price is too much. I can't believe there's nothing free and good out there for Windows. I tried Manycam, but it's kind of a pain in the but because you start it, and it just goes to your notification area. Then you've got to open it again. Anything good out there?

Dell 10V came with Dell Webcam Central, cool with XP, but doesn't work with Win 7. As usual Dell is less than helpful finding the updated version.

You have Win 7 64. So I'm guessing you don't have a 10V. I got my 10V right when they came out and got the first set of disks. My disk "For Reinstalling Dell Webcam Central Software" is Rev. A00. There is a new one out (A01), but Dell wont send it to me or post it on the downloads page on their support site. Anywho, if anyone has a 10V with disk Rev A01 PLEASE private message me.
