Looking for webcam recommendation

I'm quite new to this types of device. Can somebody point on few brand and recommend some web discussion/reviews sources? I'd like to do a little recearch before purchasing. It will be a gift for my kids, so any adult site features are not required.

get your hands on a old PS2 Eye toy camera, the black type one not the newer one, and use it.

I had a $100 logitech orb, then tried this for the hell of it when I bought the eyetoy game, and it spanks the $100 one. Picture quality was spot on, sharp, clear, and kick ass skit tones. My Logitech at that point looked like the $15 cheap pos.

Look into it, save you ton of cash, and you wont be disappointed. It also has a built in mic too.
