Someone told me about Nuance Dragon Naturally Speaking. Is there a better alternative or is this a good choice?

nuance frankly blows away the competition when it comes to voice recognition.
i recently had an opportunity to work with a company that works with nuance and their engine was able to pick up dialects and stuttering and still produce workable sentences.
