I'm looking to upgrade my current video card. I don't play any video games, i only use my computer for watching movies and streaming sports/movies online. I've noticed that my current video card plays movies pretty well but struggles when streaming sports.

My current configuration is:

q6600 2.40 ghz processor
4 gigs OCZ Platinum DDr 2 Ram
Asus Maximus Formula Special Edition Motheboard
Geforce 8400 Gs GPU
Coolermaster 690 2 advanced case
Antec 650w earth watts ps
5 x 1 Tb green hard drives

I'm looking for suggestions in the $100 range, that can run dual monitors and has an hdmi out. Thanks for the help

go for an AMD 6570, you can go Eyefinity with this card or your ISP is just slow...

Just keep in mind that a 6670 isnt really a 6670 unless it is using GDDR5.
