looking for very lightweight FREE tiff viewer for windows 32 and 64

i want a very lightweight viewer for viewing tiff files: all i need to be able to do is view, zoom, rotate, print

i know about irfan, but it has more features than i need, and a big strike against it is that there are no rotate buttons on the GUI!
i checked sourceforge and only found one i liked called JPEGview, which works great and is exactly what i need except for some reason it shows all the tiffs stretched horizontally.... gah!
i tried the built in windows fax and scan viewer, which seemed to work fine until i tried to rotate a particular tiff file and it became corrupted! (not a file problem as JPEGview and Irfanview handled rotation fine)

i use brava reader for viewing large tiffs, blue prints etc..

I use XnView. It's free, although I can't comment on how 'fast' it is.
