looking for usb memory key security software ?

I am looking for something similar to this

I try the secure-D by crucial but it's incompatible with non-crucial brand USB memory key.

Anyone know any manufacturer independent software which performs similar function ?

i.e. encrpt your USB key and partition them into public/private section ?

Not sure if it will work with other brands, but it does have the private/public key option.
