Hey,
i am buying new computer and looking for ultra low dpc latency and input lag mobo. I found these test: https://www.anandtech.com/show/14047/the-gigabyte-z390-aorus-master-motherboard-review/5
And mobo: ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming-ITXac was best in terms of dpc latency, although i can live with 2 sata port, i would prefer mobo with more sata. This motherboard has otherwise very nice dpc latency, only 90 and it is not sure if tweaked or untweaked yet.

Also there are another things to consider when buying new mobo:
- usb drivers should support msi-x my peripherals don't support ps/2
- should be possible to turn off legacy usb support (cause input lag, but on some mobos if you do that mouse movement feels crappy)
- should have intel nic, they are supposed to have lowest dpc latencyt
- should have good sound card ( sound card is source a lot of dpc latency)
- no lighting and useless features, which can supposedly increase dpc latency
-should be overclockable to at least 5ghz on i5-8600k
- there should not be any features, that increase dpc latency and input lag

If you know any better mobo in terms of dpc latency and input lag, please let me know, i will be yet looking for some, but it is tough, given dpc latency test on mobos are not prevalent, because it is hard to test it, but if you are lucky you can find user benchmarks, which may not be perfect and differs on hw and sw configuration, so it is kinda risk, if you choose only by that.
