Hi,
I need help to find Video card with TV-OUT or TV-OUT card.
I already have Video card built in my motherboard so i guess i dont need video card, I only need TV-out card so I can watch downloaded movies throught TV..
Anyone tell me where can I find good deal and good quality TV-OUT card? Or should I have to buy Video card with TV-OUT?
I have 2 free PCI slot and 1 free AGP slot

Fill your AGP slot with a GF2mx for like $40 with TV out. You can't get an TV out card. No such thing.
 
What you want is a Scan Converter. It plugs into your video card and have VGA and TV outputs. I would also recommend that you just get a new video card with a TV out. That would probably be cheaper and give you a performance boost.
