I am on a mission, nay .. a journey, .. perhaps even a QUEST, to find this case in stock somewhere. The case in question is a Compucase 6919B Newegg carries the beige :frown: but I am tired of beige in a huge way. Directron is listing it as SO:no ETA meaning that it will probably not be making an appearance on their listings anymore. Why do I like this case ? It is an Antec/Chieftech/Chenming clone but instead of the silly door covering the optical drives, it is open for use. It also features a dust/dirt filter in the lower front panel (I have 4 cats and 2 dogs .. huge plus). Directron sells a clone of it but the interior is just different enough to annoy me. The clone is missing the upper support bracket as well as having a lower drive cage that extends to the base of the case and I prefer to have that free for cable routing. A trip to Pricewatch shows Pcmicrostore selling it for $49 but a visit to their website shows it now listed at $69 !! The wife has approved an $80 limit on this purchase so that kills the deal right then and there. If anyone has any other cases that offer the features I listed I would love to hear from ya, or if you can find the Compucase 6919 black in stock, it would be even better. TIA guys
