Heard this song on the radio recently and its a male singer, mostly guitar, and chorus ends with "Tonight its just you and me". I'm pretty sure its recent as I've heard a few time before.

i had a website bookmarked that showed you what songs played at what time and at what station.. im looking for the link !!
 
I know this song, I was listening to it every time I was in the pool hall last year, I dont know the name or the artist thou. this is gonna bug me! It is an year old song now, but they still play it every so often. I think the line is "tonight girl, it's only you and me" or something like that.
