looking for the name of a beat em up

A lot of my vague as hell Google searches end up turning up the game, but I'm having no such luck here. Hopefully somebody reads this and remembers and can help.

Came out probably in the past 10 years, maybe a little longer. It was a cartoony beat em up that took place in the early 1900's and was a play on a stage, and different levels were different acts in the play.

i was thinking cuphead also... there is nothing else i can think of with that retro 1900ish

Yeah, no. That was a beat em up though so technically I suppose it was close.

I found it, it's called Foul Play, wasn't that popular and it sure wasn't easy to find. I'm doubt it's anywhere near as good as I remember but it's 80% off on Steam right now so I'll splurge $3. Looks like almost every damn thing is 50-80% on Steam right now, wowzers.
