Looking for the lowest power x86 pre-built system out there

I currently have a VIA C-7 1.5GHz system running as an OpenBSD firewall. I'd like to re-purpose it because even though it's fairly slow, it's still overkill for a firewall. I'm looking for an x86 system with two 1Gbps ethernet ports. Does anyone know what the absolute lowest power system which meets those requirements is?

I figure if the thing has to be on all day, it might as well be skimpy on the electricity.

Thanks.

I'd like to piggyback on this, as I was just about to ask an almost identical question. (If this is too different, I'll delete it.)

I need a a combo of small/cheap(used is fine)/low-power machine to use in a car (just to share my phone's LTE connection via PDAnet and serve files to an XBMC-enabled tablet to my passengers when the signal drops in the boonies). I'm thinking a cheap netbook would be best, but I'm not sure. I'd just get a Pi, except for the fact that I need it to run Windows.

Thanks!
